Shuttleworth PLLC was founded in 1974, and for over half a century, the firm’s attorneys have provided superior legal services, ethically and professionally, to its clients. With offices across the state, Shuttleworth PLLC serves its clients’ legal needs throughout Tennessee, the Southeastern United States, and beyond.
When Shuttleworth PLLC first opened its doors in Memphis, Tennessee, the firm was focused primarily on the defense of matters involving product liability, healthcare liability, and automobile liability claims.
As the size of the firm has increased and offices were opened in each of the State’s three grand divisions, its practice areas have also expanded to provide insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and governmental, business, and individual clients with assistance in a wide range of legal matters.
The attorneys at Shuttleworth PLLC represent their clients – individuals, companies, and major corporations – in every stage of litigation, and while most of the firm’s matters are in Tennessee and the South East, the services it provides often reach beyond the state’s borders.
Regional Counsel
The firm has also acted as regional counsel for large insurance carriers with cases involving bad faith litigation and product liability that were tried not only in Tennessee but also in Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
